Gillmore Wines recibe visitas durante todo el año en su viñedo y bodega ubicados en Tabonkö, San Javier, en el Maule profundo.

La experiencia ocurre en un entorno rural real, donde el trabajo agrícola convive con la vida del campo: viñedos de secano, parras antiguas, animales, caminos de tierra y una bodega en funcionamiento. No se trata de una escenografía, sino de un lugar vivo que se abre de manera consciente a quienes quieren conocerlo.

Las visitas incluyen recorridos por el campo y la bodega, conversación sobre el vino y degustaciones sin prisa. Funcionan bien para personas solas, grupos pequeños y familias con niños, porque el ritmo lo marca el lugar, no un cronograma turístico.

Gillmore Wines welcomes visitors throughout the year at its vineyard and winery located in Tabonkö, San Javier, in deep Maule.

The experience occurs in a real rural environment, where agricultural work coexists with country life: dryland vineyards, old vines, animals, dirt roads and a working winery.

It is not a set design, but a living place that consciously opens to those who want to know it.

Tours include countryside and winery tours, wine conversation, and leisurely tastings. They work well for single people, small groups, and families with children, because the pace is set by the place, not a tourist schedule.

En Gillmore, la visita incluye:

Caminata entre parras antiguas, suelos graníticos y paisaje rural real. Se conversa sobre el secano, el clima, las estaciones y cómo eso define el vino.

Vida de campo activa entre animales, fauna local, sonidos y ritmos propios del campo. Esto es parte de la experiencia, no un decorado.

Visita a la bodega, entendiendo cómo se transforma el trabajo del campo en vino. Sin tecnicismos innecesarios, con foco en lo esencial.

Degustación guiada de vinos representativos de Gillmore, servidos sin prisa, con conversación abierta. El foco está en entender el estilo, el territorio y la coherencia del proyecto.

In Gillmore, the visit includes:

Walk among ancient dry-farmed vines, granite soils and real rural landscape. They talk about the dry land, the climate, the seasons and how that defines the wine.

Active country life amongst animals, local fauna, sounds and rhythms typical of the countryside. This is part of the experience, not a decoration.

Visit to the winery to understand how field work is transformed into wine. Without unnecessary technicalities, with a focus on what is essential.

Guided tasting of representative Gillmore wines, served leisurely, with open conversation. The focus is on understanding the style, territory and coherence of the project.

Gillmore Wines recibe visitas en su viñedo y bodega ubicados en Tabonkö, San Javier, en el Maule profundo.

Las visitas se realizan en horarios definidos y con coordinación previa, respetando el ritmo del campo y el funcionamiento normal del proyecto.

La experiencia incluye

  • Recorrido guiado por la bodega y presentación del proyecto, manejo de viñedos en secano y proceso de elaboración.

  • Visita al jardín de variedades con paseo explicativo por distintas cepas, con énfasis en su adaptación al territorio y al clima del Maule profundo.

  • Degustación guiada de Mariposa Rosé y Hacedor de Mundos Merlot.

La degustación se realiza con tiempo y contexto, priorizando la comprensión del vino por sobre el ritmo del recorrido.

Los niños no pagan.
La experiencia es apta para familias. No se admiten mascotas.

Condiciones generales

  • No se permite el ingreso de mascotas, debido a la presencia de animales en conservación y fauna propia del entorno rural.

  • Operadores turísticos acreditados cuentan con un descuento del 20%.

Tour Tabonkö

Gillmore Wines welcomes visitors to its vineyard and winery located in Tabonkö, San Javier, in the Maule deep rural area.

Visits take place during defined hours and by prior arrangement, respecting the rhythm of the land and the winery’s regular operations.

Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The experience includes

  • Guided tour of the winery
    Presentation of the project, dry-farming practices, and the winemaking process.

  • Visit to the variety garden
    A guided walk through different grape varieties, with an emphasis on their adaptation to the Maule deep rural climate and soils.

  • Guided tasting of two wines
    Mariposa Rosé
    Hacedor de Mundos Merlot

The tasting is conducted at an unhurried pace, prioritizing context and understanding over speed.

CLP $15,000 per person

The experience is suitable for families.
